Summary: Thermodynamic characteristics of the monsoon rainforests of the Cat Tien National Park are considered, calculated for 19 periods of Landsat satellite surveys from 2000 to 2018. Invariants (order parameters) of individual variables and the system as a whole were obtained by the method of principal components. On their basis the types of thermodynamic system corresponding to the main types of landscape cover of the territory were identified. The existence of two modes of operation of the system was shown: the end of the wet season and the end of the dry season.
