Summary: The basic ideas of methods resamping are considered and its advantages at data processing of ecological observations are shown. The concrete examples of using bootstrep and randomizations for statistical inference are given: constructions of confidential areas of sampling parameters and check of hypotheses. The procedures and the typical null-models which used for check of hypotheses about existence of nonrandom determinancy of the organisation of species structure of ecological communities are analyzed in details.
